Orbit and Oculoplastic Clinic at Farabi Hospital
We are honored that you have chosen Farabi Hospital for your treatment. The Orbit and Oculoplastic Clinic at Farabi Hospital is a specialized clinic and consists of two rooms: room number 35 and room number 36. This clinic is located on the west side of the ground floor of the hospital, adjacent to the Cornea Clinic. In addition to examination and treatment, the clinic also offers treatments such as cauterizing harmful eyelashes, therapeutic injections, suture removal, removal of various lacrimal duct tubes, extensive eye dressings, eye irrigation, and other related procedures. Please note that some of the injectable medications for treatment are the patient's responsibility.

Clinic Hours: The clinic is open from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Wednesday.

To schedule your first appointment:
 * Call: 00982155423070
 * Visit the hospital website at tums.drmyco.net/
 * Once you have scheduled an appointment by one of the methods listed above, go to Central Admissions located in the hospital courtyard with your ID card.
 * After checking in with Central Admissions and receiving your blue treatment card (card 50) and payment slip from room 56 (cashier), proceed to optometry (vision testing) at clinic 68, then to the Orbit and Lacrimal Duct Clinic, and finally give your blue treatment card (card 50) and payment slip to the receptionist of the respective clinic.
 * Patients who are referred to this clinic from other clinics for consultation and examination should bring their blue treatment card to the clinic receptionist to schedule an appointment. (Please note that the stamp and signature of the referring physician are required on the back of the treatment card.) The examination date will be recorded on the examination card and in the clinic's system.
 
To schedule a follow-up appointment:
 * Please note that follow-up and referred patients who have already made a reservation will receive a number from the paging machine at the reception desk upon arrival at the clinic and wait for their number to be called.
 
After your visit:
 * After your visit and completion of all examination procedures, please see the receptionist to schedule your next appointment before leaving the clinic. Your next appointment will be recorded in the clinic's system and on your examination card.
 * If it is not possible to schedule your next appointment, you will be given the clinic's direct phone number.
 * If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, please call the clinic directly to reschedule your appointment (we cannot accept walk-in patients).
Examinations require multiple steps, so we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
 
Orbit and Oculoplastic Clinic Examinations Include:
 * Optometry or vision testing (Clinic 68)
 * Examination by a resident ophthalmologist
 * Examination by an attending physician or fellowship
Requirements for Child Examination and Child Examination Position:
 * For the examination of children, one of the parents, especially the mother, must be present to hold the child's head for examination and answer the doctor's questions. Sometimes, it may be necessary to instill drops in the child according to the doctor's instructions. This is done in two stages, with a 5-minute interval between the first and second drops. The cooperation of the accompanying person is greatly appreciated in the examination process.
 * The child is usually seated, and the child's head is held steady by the accompanying person for examination. If the child is unable to sit, the examination is performed in the lying position. Vision testing is performed in the optometry room.
 
Inpatient and outpatient referrals:
 * After being referred from admissions to the respective clinic, the patient takes a number from the clinic receptionist according to the doctor's schedule and waits to be called by the clinic receptionist.
 * If referred for specialized examinations or other specialized imaging, go to the clinic reception desk for instructions on how to schedule an appointment.
 
Surgical Booking Procedure:
 * After scheduling surgery, it is mandatory to register your phone number in the appointment book. In case the surgery date changes, the patient will be informed by phone.
 * If surgery is required, the informed consent form for the surgery must be filled out correctly. If the patient is a child, the parent or legal guardian must
