Mission
* Obtain policy, executive instructions, and a general plan from the hospital president
* Determine policy and supervise its proper implementation
* Guide the hospital in implementing the university's approved plans
* Apply and coordinate hospital affairs in accordance with existing standards
* Coordinate and direct activities and supervise the operation of all units under supervision
* Select the heads of the various hospital units
* Coordinate and supervise the performance of administrative, financial, support and service units with clinical, medical and paramedical departments
* Participate in university meetings and participate in meetings related to hospital affairs on behalf of the university's headquarters and vice-presidencies
* Participate in hospital committee meetings
* Prepare and submit reports on the activities and problems of the hospital units along with proposals and solutions to the hospital president
* General supervision on the expenditure of credits in order to ensure the proper implementation of programs
* Divide activities among the heads of the units under supervision and provide them with training and guidance
* Take necessary measures and provide basic solutions to increase motivation among employees and encourage and punish employees
* Manage patient and companion complaints about supervised personnel and visit various hospital departments
* Monthly and annual evaluation of supervised personnel
* Coordinate and follow up on requests for fixed assets, consumables and repairs of equipment and troubleshooting of equipment in the relevant departments
* Supervise the quality and proper implementation of hospital hygiene and cleanliness
* Follow up on the welfare of supervised personnel
* Follow up on the preparation of payroll lists and timely payment
* Follow up on patient, client, employee and family satisfaction
* Supervise the proper implementation of the job descriptions of the various levels of supervised personnel
* Supervise the smooth flow of all affairs of the units under supervision
* Organize related activities and divide work and determine the duties and responsibilities and powers of the units under supervision
* Issuance of instructions and regulations
* Supervision in the preparation of unit budgets
* Participate in seminars and commissions and prepare reports for submission to the superior
* Study and review of working hours of personnel and preparation of a plan to determine working hours based on the type and quantity of activity and supervision over the implementation of plans prepared and implemented in the units
* Collecting information on the general needs of the hospital in terms of buildings and equipment and the need for major repairs or renovations and preparing related reports for the superior
* Study and review of consumables, food, pharmaceuticals and equipment required by the hospital and preparation and organization of plans for their purchase, distribution, storage and control in order to make correct use of the equipment
* Planning short- and long-term hospital plans and activities of treatment centers according to the possibilities of each of them in case of necessity in order to facilitate the admission of patients
* Perform other assigned tasks as instructed by the superior
